paper has been accepted for presentation at the UKSIM 04 Conference and is to
be published in the Conference Proceedings subject to review of the final
paper. This is also subject to receipt of the final paper with a registration
fee or an official order for at least one of the authors of each paper.
Your publication must include clearance or approval by your company or
government where appropriate. If the paper is not available or not approved by
the due date, please discuss the possibility of inclusion as a late paper with
the conference chair.

RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE. IF IN DIFFICULTY, PLEASE CONTACT THE CONFERENCE CHAIR
OR PROGRAMME CHAIR IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE FULL REGISTRATION FEE PER
PAPER PRESENTED IS REQUIRED.

LIMIT - 7 PAGES Papers should have a maximum length of 7 double column pages.
Additional pages may be submitted, but there is an extra page charge of
£50/page which must be added to the accompanying registration fee. We
would prefer that you did not exceed the 7 page limit!
ITEMS WHICH MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR FINAL
PAPER SUBMISSION
MANUSCRIPT: Electronic
submission in the form a Word file is preferred; otherwise the manuscript
printed on high quality bond paper.
REGISTRATION: EACH paper is to be
accompanied by a PAID Author Advance Registration for at least ONE author
designated to make the presentation at the conference. This is to provide early
availability of funds required to cover expenditures that must be made prior to
the conference. The Advanced Registration Fee is associated with the
publication of the paper and is NOT refundable, but may be transferred to the
designee who will present your paper at the conference.
TRANSFER
OF COPYRIGHT FORM: To give permission to UKSIM to publish the material,
all authors must execute the transfer of copyright to UKSIM, the United Kingdom
Simulation Society. Please note that by completing and signing the form you are
simply giving your permission to UKSIM to publish the material. This does not
affect your intellectual property rights, which remain with the author(s). It further
does not matter if the material derives from other work already published as
reports, but not as published papers as originality is sought for the
conference proceedings.
KEY
WORDS: Please supply not more than 5 keywords to be used to create the index
for the proceedings.
BIOGRAPHICAL
NOTE: A brief note for use as introductory material for your session chair at
the conference.
OPTIONAL
ITEM: Individual Reprint Order Form.
All
material submitted should include the UKSIM Paper ID Code for easy identification.
UKSIM is not responsible for correspondence or forms submitted without this
code.
When
writing this code on your manuscript, please do so in light pencil on the back
of each sheet, also numbering your sheets on the back as 1 of 7, etc. Do NOT
number the sheets on the front in any way.
Please
do not send your camera ready manuscript until you have received
the proper company, government or security clearance where necessary.
